Lee Phanurat-Bennett delivered a pitch entitled “Do it or Die; Learning from failure and startup culture” to the DRVR team and entrepreneurs in Bangkok.
Lee spoke about how hiring, or entering partnership, with toxic individuals can seriously damage your brand, your reputation, your profits, and possibly the very survival of your company; with the possibility of costly, highly publicised, and time-consuming legal claims overwhelming you as well.
Lee emphasised how important it is to get the right people on board, especially if offering equity to them, and how the statistics demonstrate that 80% of staff turnover is attributed to bad hires (Harvard Business Review), and according to Leadership IQ’s Global Talent Management Survey 81% of new hires will fail; with only 11% of new hire failures being due to lack of technical skills.
Lee explained how the services he offers, including selective psychometric testing, can help protect businesses and ensure growth and success.
